My name is Sula Bruce

I am a passionate, engaged and loving coach. A witness who guides and cares, coaches and holds space with skill, experience, trust and integrity.
Coaching is a dynamic process that empowers individuals and teams to maximise their potential and enjoy life to the full. Coaching enables a person to externalise internal thought processes so they can be noticed and challenged or reframed into a way that may work better.
I see coaching as a thinking partnership inviting you to spread out the threads of thoughts and beliefs to identify and untie any knots, straighten out any kinks, remove any superfluous threads, and re-package them to move forward with confidence in our personally chosen course of action.
I hold the coaching process and guide my clients to lead their journey in their way.
I am looking for dedicated, passionate engaged clients to work with, and offer 45 minute discovery sessions over Zoom to demonstrate my coaching style, answer any questions and explore whether we want to continue to work together.

Since starting coaching in 2016, I have loved working with clients and witnessing the magic take place.
I became accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF in 2025 having trained with the brilliant Relational Dynamics 1st (RD1st) and the intuitive ICF Accredited Evolution Coaching Academy. I wholeheartedly recommend both.
I subscribe to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and Competencies, which is a commitment to uphold ethical obligations to clients, sponsors, colleagues, and the public, and to adhere to the standards of ethical and professional conduct outlined by the ICF

Together with Rachel Houghton, I’m running a Gathering Space – a free, monthly, virtual space for aid and development professionals to navigate transition.
​
This space is open to anyone in the aid and development sector, wherever you are. We aim to be inclusive, with virtual sessions for different time zones. This isn’t about providing answers. It’s about being witnessed, processing together, and finding pause for thought in the noise.

I take part in regular supervision and mentor coaching. For this reason, I may, with permission, record some sessions and submit them to my mentor for feedback, assessment and to ensure my continued professional development.
