Sula Bruce
Executive coach, Group Facilitator & Founder
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), leadership and transition coach, group facilitator, and the new Lead of She Leads Change.
I work with purpose-driven professionals navigating complexity, change, and moments of professional or personal re-orientation — helping them build clarity, confidence, and sustainable performance in demanding environments.
My coaching sits at the intersection of identity, leadership, and transition. Clients often come to me when something is shifting: a role is changing, confidence has been knocked, a long-held path no longer fits, or the world around them is in flux. I create space for honest reflection and practical action, supporting people to make conscious choices about how they lead, work, and live.

Before qualifying as a coach, I held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Interim Executive Director of UN Women UK, and Event Director roles delivering large-scale international conferences across the aid, development, and sustainability sectors. I also work as a Mental Health Occupational Therapy Assistant, which brings a grounded, trauma-aware perspective to everything I do.
Clients describe me as warm, grounded, gently challenging, and genuinely curious. I balance psychological safety with constructive stretch — helping people experiment, take responsibility, and move forward with intention.
I work with individuals, teams, and groups across organisational levels — from C-suite leaders to emerging managers — and across sectors including the Greater London Authority, Publicis, Macmillan, and purpose-driven organisations in aid, development, sustainability, and local government.
