Gathering Space - She Leads Change A monthly coaching-informed reflection space for capable, determined women navigating complexity, change and questions of what comes next.

A place where women who hold a lot for others can come to pause, think together and reconnect with what matters when work, identity or direction is shifting.
About Gathering Space
Gathering Space began in 2025 as a small monthly practice supporting people navigating change. Over time it became clear that the need for reflective, non-performative spaces is universal - particularly for women leading in complex systems who rarely get an hour that belongs entirely to them.
From 2026, Gathering Space moves home to She Leads Change.It opens more widely to any woman who feels called to join - leaders, coaches, consultants, and purpose-driven professionals who want a simple hour to slow down, think clearly and feel less alone in it.
Facilitated by Sula Bruce, She Leads Change and PCC-accredited leadership coach.
How it works

Monthly, drop‑in: Each session stands alone. Come once, occasionally, or regularly.

Coaching‑informed, peer‑supported: Light structure, generous listening, paired and group reflection.

Not about fixing: We don’t problem‑solve or provide therapy; we create space to notice and learn.

The sessions are free to attend. A suggested contribution of £20 helps sustain the continuation of Gathering Space - you are warmly welcome whether or not you are able to contribute. If you would like to, you can donate here. Can't pay? Come anyway.

What to expect
A short welcome and intention-setting, a brief reflective prompt, small-group breakout or triad conversations, and a closing reflection. Simple, unhurried, human.
