My name is Sula Bruce

I am an experienced and accredited coach and leader with a strong track record in empowering individuals and institutions to excel. I work with purpose driven change-makers to help them identify their vision and motivation, navigate career transitions, redefine their impact, work life balance and create more meaningful, sustainable change. Over 18 years senior experience with UN, NGO, government and business includes recent roles as Interim Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of UN Women NC UK.Clients describe me as energetic, determined and entrepreneurial, an intuitive, innovative problem solver, committed to increasing efficiency and productivity. Rachel Houghton

With 25 years’ experience in humanitarian, international development, and the UK charity sector, including at a leadership level, Rachel is an EMCC Accredited Coach (Senior Practitioner) and an independent partnership and network consultant.

As a coach, she supports individuals, senior leadership teams, and Boards, in exploring who they are, where they’re headed, and how to lead collaboratively, with authenticity and courage. Many of those Rachel coaches are mid- to senior-level professionals who arrive asking big questions: What kind of leader do I want to be? How do I show up with more impact? What’s next for me? They come to coaching looking for clarity, direction, and a deeper connection to themselves.

A central theme in her coaching is resilience: helping leaders to develop the emotional agility to navigate complexity, uncertainty and change.

Coaching goes beyond skills and strategy; it’s about inner transformation and self-leadership. It means anchoring in one’s values and purpose, embracing both the rewarding and challenging moments. The most powerful insights often emerge from difficult conversations, leading to deep personal and professional growth.

As an Accredited Partnership Broker, Rachel also specialises in fostering collaboration through networks, partnerships and consortia. She is passionate about leveraging collaboration for change. Her most impactful contributions include convening, brokering and strengthening networks, partnerships and consortia; connecting diverse organisations to tackle shared challenges; and providing strategic guidance to partnership and network teams as they develop new strategies and governance arrangements.

Catherine has over 20 years’ experience of working with and leading complex UK and globally focussed programme teams, including for Oxfam and White Ribbon Alliance.

Her skills lie in strategic leadership across several disciplines - including strategic planning, learning, strengthening governance and accountability, organisational development, recruitment, change and programme management.

In her consultancy work, Catherine draws upon this experience to provide tailored support to senior leaders seeking to make significant and sustainable change within teams or across an organisation. She is known for working in an inclusive, facilitative way, building strong trusting relationships and ensuring full and active engagement from all.
